All our parcels will be shipped by air mail. Below is the delivery time for different countries for your easy reference.
FREE UPGRADE to Registered Air Mail - For purchase over US$50.00, we will ship with Registered Air Mail with tracking number without extra charge.We will email you the tracking once shipped.
DHL/EMS Express Service - We also provide Express Service if you need a fast service, the parcel can arriving in 3 - 5 days depends on area, please just contact us for quote.
Flat Shipping Service - If you are not in urgent, Flat shipping is also available, please note that it will take over 4 weeks to arrive the destination. Please email us directly if Flat Shipping Service is needed.
Parcel Damage & Lost: -
Please reject if the parcel is received in damage condition.
For lost parcel, item(s) or full refund for the item cost will be sent once we get the confirmation from the post office that your parcel is lost. Please kindly understand for post office to certify lost, the process may take up to 2 months after reported. Please kindly understand that the shipment cost is not refundable.
Return policy: -
Your satisfaction is my goal. If you're not satisfied with the item you purchased, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will get a personal reply within 2 working days.
You can return the item in its original condition within 7 days for refund, please contact me before you sending back the item. Please note that the Shipping & Handling is not refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for damaged or used merchandise with the exception of manufacturing flaws.
If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us within no later than 7 days up receipt.
